Our newest member, Natalie Crosswell, was recently our in-house guest speaker, sharing about her life and work. Here’s how she
tells her story:
“I’m a Financial Planner. I run my own business located in Armadale on Prospect Rd which I took over from my predecessor, Greg Walkington on 1 July 2016. I worked with Greg for 13 years. I have two part-time staff and together with my wonderful clients, and I look forward to going to work pretty much every day. Back in the day I wanted to be a teacher, but I was too distracted
and not focused on grades for uni. I instead completed an Associate Diploma for Office and Secretarial Studies over 2 years after finishing Year 12 at Armadale Senior High School. I then scored a secretary role with an Insurance and Superannuation consultant.

I love what I do. My specialty is retirement planning and mostly part aged pensioners or people looking for peace of mind. We create a lot of plans, providing clients with the comfort that their money won't run out in their lifetime, allowing them to focus on fun things in retirement like travel and grandkids, while we manage the finances, expectations and stresses of financial markets and how this impacts their plan. I also work with 30s, 40s and 50 year-olds who are interested in learning about finances, making the most of their situation, or knowing if they are on track for achieving their financial goals. This could be to pay off their debt quicker, protect their family from illness or injury, manage their finances better, wealth creation or o retire early. We love having Natalie as our newest member!
